Terms and Conditions
Boom Photo Booth Responsibilities:
Rental of Equipment: Boom Photo Booth will provide the rental of the Photo Booth kit, including an iPad and our proprietary Photo Booth app.
Event Gallery Setup: Boom Photo Booth will create and set up the Client's personalized event gallery.
Custom Photo Strip Design: Boom Photo Booth will design a custom background for the Client's photo strip in their chosen colors.
Tech Support: Boom Photo Booth will be available to answer any tech-related questions from the Client via email or text.
Exclusive Use: The Client will have exclusive use of the rental equipment for the specified rental term in exchange for the package fee.
Post-Event Gallery: After the event, Boom Photo Booth will provide the Client with a downloadable gallery containing all images captured.
Client Responsibilities:
Event Confirmation: The Client must confirm the event date and theme at the time of booking.
Unpacking and Setup: The Client is responsible for unpacking the rental equipment and promptly notifying the Boom Photo Booth team of any issues that arise, to allow time for troubleshooting.
Careful Use: The Client must use the rented equipment responsibly and follow all setup and breakdown instructions.
Damage Prevention: The Client is responsible for taking all necessary precautions to avoid damage to the rented equipment.
Setup Requirements: The Client must ensure the setup area is level, paved, and within 10 feet of an electrical outlet.
Equipment Rental Terms:
Ownership: The equipment provided remains the property of Boom Photo Booth at all times. The Client has the right to use and possess the equipment only for the duration of the rental period, as specified in these Terms and Conditions.
Rental Period & Shipping:
The rental equipment will be delivered by the end of the day prior to the event. If earlier delivery is needed, expedited shipping is available for an additional fee (contact us for pricing).
Round-trip 2-day shipping is included with all rental packages.
The rental period ends at the close of the event day. The equipment must be returned by the following business day using the provided prepaid return label.
A late return fee of $649 per day will apply if the equipment is not returned on time.
Loss, Damage, or Non-Return:
The Client must notify Boom Photo Booth immediately if the equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged during their possession or use.
If the equipment is not returned or is damaged beyond repair, the Client will be charged the full replacement value of the equipment.
Breakdowns: In the event of an equipment malfunction due to defects in materials or workmanship, Boom Photo Booth’s liability is limited to the cost of repair, including parts and labor, to restore the equipment to full working order. No other warranties or conditions are implied.
Intellectual Property Disclaimer:
Boom Photo Booth disclaims any legal responsibility related to the Client’s use of intellectual property in custom photo designs provided by the Client. The Client assumes full responsibility for ensuring they have the appropriate rights and permissions for any designs or content used.
